TACT awarded Civilian OPFOR Recruitmnent, Training and Management contract for the National Guards XCTC program at Camp Ripley, MN. Tact recruited, trained and managed a total of 200 local personnel to operate as civilian OPFOR supporting the XCTC rotation.
